The crash-course circuit and property sourcing industry aim squarely at busy, well-paid medics. I am here to give you the tools and the knowledge to see straight through the conmen and the gurus. No promises of 'financial freedom' in 3 months, ever. Just straight answers from someone who built a real property business and has no interest in selling you a dream.

For years I have been telling everyone on my podcast to be wary of the dream-sellers and the gurus. Across more than 100 episodes you would struggle to find one where I do not mention it somewhere. Yet here I am, years on, still getting one or two messages a week from medics and others who have worked out too late that the course or the deal they bought into, after handing over £10-20k, has set off their sixth sense, and they are now sitting with a feeling of impending doom.

I am one of you, so I know how draining and overwhelming healthcare can be, and I know we are trained to trust expertise. The property world sits a long way from the NHS and much closer to the wild west. My job is to give the medics who are switched on enough the tools and the knowledge to be safe and self-sufficient in it.

I would much rather help you before you get involved. Too often the message reaches me after someone is already committed.

A doctor for over twenty years. A property investor who built it alongside the day job. The person a lot of medics now contact before they sign something they'll regret.

I qualified from Barts in 2003 and was a GP until 2024. Across those years I sat with people at the worst moments of their lives, ensuring their diagnoses and treatments were managed whilst doing the 150 bloods, prescriptions, tasks and letters that wouldn't wait each day. This, and the overwhelm, teaches you more about money, risk and what keeps a person awake at night than any business course.

I built a property business alongside the day job: today it's around 100 units across residential and commercial, including 120 serviced accommodation bedrooms and a hotel. The portfolio is run as a real business with real figures.

Property is just one of the sectors I have businesses in. I also own a private security and life-systems company in Norwich and a private healthcare practice in Warwickshire. Property, hospitality, security and healthcare - businesses in several different sectors with all the risk and challenges that come with them.

I do this because I'm tired of medics sending me investments to review after they've already signed and been taken advantage of. I want to be the honest voice before they sign anything, the one who teaches them how to spot a blag from a mile away.

Do I have to pay anything to take the check?

Is this financial advice?

No. This is education. I help you understand property and spot a bad deal before you sign it. I am not a regulated financial adviser, and nothing here is a personal recommendation to invest. The decisions stay yours, made with better information.

Is the mentorship worth £4,995?

That is the founding cohort price, and it reflects being the first time it is being run. From what I've seen medics losing, just the session on 'how to analyse a sourced deal' alone will save you a multiple of this amount, and that is only one of the 12 sessions included.

Getting the structure right on a single deal, or avoiding one bad purchase, can be worth many times the course fee. I will not promise you a figure, because anyone who does is the person I spend my time warning you about. These are the maths worth weighing.

How much time does it take around clinical work?

The mentorship is twelve weeks: a weekly live call covering the whole journey, a weekly deal clinic working through real opportunities, and a private group between calls. I built my own portfolio alongside the day job, so it is designed to fit around medicine, not compete with it.

What if I am not ready yet?

That is exactly what the readiness check is for. If you are early in your thinking or not yet resourced, it will tell you honestly, and so will I. There is no pressure to do anything before the time is right for you.
